Child & cerebral palsy physiotherapy
बच्चों की फिजियोथेरेपी
Gentle, play-based therapy for children with cerebral palsy, delayed milestones and movement difficulties — with parents involved at every step.
Children learn movement through play, so paediatric physiotherapy looks very different from adult treatment. Sessions use games, toys and everyday activities to work on head control, sitting, standing, walking, balance and coordination.
For children with cerebral palsy (CP), physiotherapy aims to support movement, manage stiffness and help the child take part in daily life as fully as possible. Parents are an essential part of therapy, because what happens at home every day matters as much as clinic sessions.
What we commonly see
- Cerebral palsy (CP)Movement, posture and muscle-tone difficulties from early brain injury.
- Delayed milestonesLate head control, sitting, crawling, standing or walking.
- Low tone / floppy babyReduced muscle tone and difficulty holding positions.
- Toe walking & balance issuesWalking pattern and coordination concerns.
Signs physiotherapy may help
- Your child is late reaching movement milestones
- Stiffness or floppiness in the arms or legs
- Walking on toes or falling often
- Your child's doctor has advised physiotherapy
See a doctor first if you have
- Seizures, unusual drowsiness or a child who suddenly stops using a limb — see a doctor

At what age can a child start physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy can start in infancy if there are concerns about movement or development. Your child's paediatrician can advise, and we are happy to assess at any age.
Do I need to stay with my child during the session?
Yes, please. Parents are part of therapy and learn activities to continue at home.
How often will my child need sessions?
It depends on the child's needs and goals. After the assessment we will suggest a schedule that is realistic for your family.
