Neck pain & cervical spondylosis physiotherapy
गर्दन दर्द · सर्वाइकल
Stiff neck, headaches from the back of the head, or tingling into the arm? Long phone and laptop hours put real load on the neck. We help ease the pain and fix the habits behind it.
Neck pain often builds up slowly — hours looking down at a phone, a laptop that is too low, a pillow that does not suit you, or stress that keeps the shoulders tight. Over time the joints and muscles of the neck become stiff and sore.
“Cervical” or cervical spondylosis usually refers to wear-and-tear changes in the neck joints and discs. These changes are common as we age and do not always cause pain. When they do, or when a nerve gets irritated and causes arm pain or tingling, physiotherapy can help improve movement and reduce symptoms.

Is cervical spondylosis curable?
The age-related changes seen on an X-ray do not go away, but many people with them have little or no pain. Physiotherapy aims to reduce pain and stiffness and improve how your neck moves and copes with daily activity.
Should I wear a cervical collar?
Collars are useful in some specific situations, but long-term use can make the neck stiffer and weaker. Ask us or your doctor before using one regularly.
Can neck problems cause dizziness?
Neck tightness can sometimes contribute to a feeling of unsteadiness, but dizziness has many causes, some of which need a doctor first. If you have dizziness, tell us at booking so we can advise you properly.
Which pillow is best for neck pain?
There is no single best pillow. The aim is to keep your neck roughly in line with your spine. We can look at your sleeping position and suggest simple changes.
