1. Who we are
This website belongs to Nirogyam Pain & Physiotherapy Clinic, Eicher Chowk (Saran Chowk), near Canara Bank, Old Press Colony, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ("we", "us"). For your personal data shared through this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect

Information about your pain or health is sensitive. Please share only what is needed to arrange your visit, and never share Aadhaar, card, bank or password details on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you and confirm or arrange your appointment.
- To answer your questions about the clinic and physiotherapy.
- To send you a confirmation email, if you gave us your email.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process booking details on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the booking form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7). We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell it.
4. Who helps us (service providers)
We use these providers to run the website. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Website hosting: Vercel, which serves this website.
- Booking and chat system: an automation server (n8n) set up and managed for us by our web partner, Anthro360, which passes your request to the clinic.
- Email: Google (Gmail), used to send booking notifications to the clinic and your confirmation email.
- AI chat replies: your chat messages are sent to an AI model provider through OpenRouter to generate replies. These providers may process data outside India and may keep messages for a limited time under their own policies.
- Maps and fonts: Google Maps (embedded map and directions links) and Google Fonts. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
5. How long we keep it
- Booking requests are kept in the clinic's email for as long as needed to arrange your care and to meet any legal or record-keeping duties, and then deleted.
- Our booking and chat system does not keep a copy of requests that go through successfully. If something fails, a technical record may be kept briefly so we can fix the problem.
- Chat history is also saved in your own browser for the current session so the conversation continues if you reload the page. It is cleared when you close the tab, or you can tap ↺ in the chat to clear it.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website uses your browser's session storage for small things like your chat history and whether you closed a pop-up. The embedded Google Map may set Google cookies.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a complaint with us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Children
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to book or chat for you. For child physiotherapy, the parent or guardian should share the details.
9. The AI assistant
The chat assistant gives general information only. It is not a doctor or physiotherapist, cannot diagnose, and does not replace an in-person assessment. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
10. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to booking information is limited to the clinic and the people who run the booking system for it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sharing more than needed.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
