These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nirogyam Physiotherapy website and services. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

  • Clinic / We / Us / Our: Nirogyam Physiotherapy
  • Client / You / Patient: Person receiving treatment or using the website.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person.
  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of session fee) or loss of deposit.
  • No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, card, UPI, and online transfer (specify which options you accept).
  • Packages expire within a specified timeframe (e.g., 6 months) unless otherwise arranged.

5. Insurance & Claims

  • We may provide invoices for insurance claims, but insurance coverage is the client’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your insurer for coverage details before treatment.

6. Home Visits & Travel Fees

  • Home visits are available within specified local areas. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance.

7. Treatment & Medical Disclaimer

  • Physiotherapy involves physical treatment; results vary by individual.
  • We will explain risks and expected outcomes. By receiving treatment, you consent to the recommended care plan.
  • If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, disclose it before treatment. We may refer you to your physician if the treatment is outside our scope.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate medical history and inform therapists about medications, past surgeries, or health concerns.
  • Follow home exercise programs and safety guidance to help recovery.
  • Arrive on time and wear appropriate clothing.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We protect patient privacy and follow applicable data protection rules. Patient records are confidential and shared only with consent or as required by law. (See full Privacy Policy for details.)

10. Liability & Limitations

  • We carry professional liability coverage, but we are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow advice, non-disclosed medical conditions, or willful misconduct.
  • Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Nirogyam Clinic. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without permission.

12. Complaints & Refunds

  • Refunds for packages or sessions are handled case-by-case and subject to clinic policy.
